We change our menu throughout the year to make the most of seasonal
ingredients and choose dishes that best reflect the time of year.
All of the meat and eggs we serve are free range and ingredients are sourced,
wherever possible from local suppliers, ensuring freshness and reducing food
miles.
Many of the dishes on the menu are available in `light bite' as well as
regular size portions. This not only accommodates children but provides a
lighter alternative for adults who would prefer a snack.
